★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem prazos, dizem que enviaram os produtos e não enviam. Se você pagar mais caro por um envio expresso, não adianta nada, eles não vão enviar. E nem um rastreio enviam. Descaso total com o cliente. Nem responder mais eles respondem.
They don't meet deadlines, they say they sent the products and they don't. If you pay more for express shipping, it's no use, they won't ship. And they don't even send a trace. Total disregard for the customer. They don't even answer anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente o vendedor Adilson. Só da atenção na hora de vender e sempre vende material que nao tem em estoque.
Tentei outros meios, mas a empresa é engessada, ninguém pode Atende lo a nao ser “ seu vendedor”.
Nem supervisor conseguiu resolver a questão.
Resumindo, perdi meu cliente.
Poor service, especially the seller Adilson. Just pay attention when selling and always sell material that is not in stock.
I have tried other means, but the company is plastered, no one can answer it but be "your seller".
Neither supervisor was able to resolve the issue.
In short, I lost my client.
