★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado com a pós venda. Comprei uma vara da marca Saint no valor de quase R$300 reais, após ter usado 2 vezes a vara quebrou. Levei a vara de volta a loja e o proprietário disse que nada podia fazer. Eu argumentei dizendo que havia comprado a 15 dias e ele somente me disse que sentia muito. Total desrespeito ao código do consumidor e a seus clientes. Nunca mais compro e não recomendo. Acredito que atendimento ao cliente pós venda e tão importante quanto a própria venda.
Disappointed with the after sales. I bought a stick of the Saint brand in the amount of almost R $ 300 reais, after using it 2 times the stick broke. I took the stick back to the store and the owner said there was nothing he could do. I argued saying he had bought it 15 days ago and he just told me he was sorry. Total disregard for the consumer code and its customers. Never buy again and do not recommend. I believe that after sales customer service is as important as the sale itself.
