★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o procedimento mais famoso da clínica, a criolipolise, e não tive um resultado satisfatório. Conversei com amigos profissionais da área, li melhor sobre o tema e só então vi que o que aconteceu comigo, já aconteceu com várias pessoas e que "cada corpo é um corpo", as pessoas respondem de maneira diferente ao tratamento. Ou seja: não é garantia que vai funcionar com todo mundo, como foi me passado. Fiquei muito chateada com o posicionamento da clínica em não me dar nenhuma assistência, não mostrar minhas fotos de antes e prometer 1000x que iria me ligar mas nunca ter me procurado para conversar sobre o meu caso. Me culparam pelo resultado afirmando que eu havia engordado (mesmo o exame feito no próprio estabelecimento mostrando que o peso maior foi de músculo).
Só querem seu dinheiro, depois tchau ??. Péssimo pós venda, joguei mais de R$ 1000 no lixo. Eu deveria ter desconfiado do fato de não ter acesso ao contrato e nem ter sido feita emissão de nenhum comprovante fiscal mesmo mediante solicitação.
Enfim, fui boba e deixo aqui meu relato para calibrar as expectativas além das fotos que a gente vê no instagram.
 I did the most famous procedure in the clinic, cryolipolysis, and I didn't have a satisfactory result. I talked with professional friends in the field, I read better about the topic and only then did I see that what happened to me has already happened to several people and that "each body is a body", people respond differently to the treatment. In other words: it is not a guarantee that it will work for everyone, as it happened to me. I was very upset with the clinic's position in not giving me any assistance, not showing my photos from before and promising 1000x that I would call but never have come to me to talk about my case. They blamed me for the result, stating that I had put on weight (even the examination done at the establishment itself showing that the biggest weight was muscle).
They just want your money, then bye ??. Bad after-sale, I threw more than R $ 1000 in the trash. I should have been suspicious of the fact that I did not have access to the contract and that no tax receipt was issued even upon request.
Anyway, I was silly and I leave here my report to calibrate expectations beyond the photos that we see on Instagram.
