Wonderful clinic and excellent professionals! I highly recommend it! Physical therapist Michelle will forever be imprinted on my life. She treated me at a time when I felt a lot of pain because of the weight I was carrying from my son and, with great attention and competence, she solved my problem.

Bom lembrar que saúde e vitalidade não acontecem por acaso. Assim como o jovem necessita de determinação e orientação para vencer os obstáculos na sua formação, os seniores necessitam, além da plena maturidade, fazer com que seu corpo e sua mente continuem trabalhando para manter a saúde física e mental.
Não à toa, a prática de exercícios de PILATES, assegura, com certeza, que muito contribuirá para plena saúde física e mental, cujos exercícios fazem com que as pessoa sintam-se; ativas, fortes, alegres e saudáveis.

Good morning to everyone who, like me, at the age of 76, walked the road that brought us experience and awareness of the needs when we became Senior. Good to remember that health and vitality do not just happen. Just as young people need determination and guidance to overcome obstacles in their training, seniors need, in addition to full maturity, to make their body and mind keep working to maintain their physical and mental health.
No wonder, the practice of PILATES exercises, certainly ensures that it will contribute a lot to full physical and mental health, whose exercises make people feel; active, strong, happy and healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em menos de um mês tive um grande avanço com as aulas de Pilates com o professor Cristiano (tratamento de escoliose + lordose).
Na aula experimental já senti a diferença da postura do professor: bem presente, atento aos movimentos e ensinou a fazer a respiração correta junto com a contração do abdômen. Me trazendo confiança já que eu tinha saído de um processo de dores no quadril + nuca + maxilar.
Todos os movimentos estão sendo pensados na ajuda da minha correção postural... em alguns exercícios fazemos apenas em um dos lados do corpo. O que vem me ajudando muito pois já sinto uma boa melhora na disposição física, tenho me sentido mais segura. E a minha postura já apresenta melhora significativa em pouco tempo.
Estou muito feliz com o resultado até aqui em tão pouco tempo e tenho certeza que as aulas de pilates com qualidade estão me ajudando muito!
E que essa postagem possa ajudar outras pessoas. ?⭐
Logo logo estarei igual a ginasta Daiane Santos dando duplo carpado. ??♀️

In less than a month I had a breakthrough with the Pilates classes with professor Cristiano (treatment of scoliosis + lordosis).
In the experimental class I already felt the difference in the teacher's posture: very present, attentive to the movements and taught how to breathe correctly together with the contraction of the abdomen. Bringing me confidence since I had come out of a process of pain in the hip + neck + jaw.
All movements are being designed to help my posture correction... in some exercises we only do it on one side of the body. The that has been helping me a lot because I already feel a good improvement in my physical disposition, I have been feeling more secure. And my posture already shows significant improvement in a short time.
I'm very happy with the result so far in such a short time and I'm sure the quality pilates classes are helping me a lot!

Soon I'll be like gymnast Daiane Santos doing double pitches. ??♀️

A primeira vez que recebi os cuidados da fisioterapeuta Michele foi quando obtive o diagnóstico de hérnia de disco na altura da região lombar. Sentia dor no pé e claro na minha lombar que me impediam de caminhar normalmente. Fiz RPG, tratamento muito eficaz e maravilhoso que já nas primeiras sessões me trouxeram alívio da dor e melhores condições de caminhar. Após terminar as sessões de RPG fui para o Pilates onde adquiri vários benefícios como boa postura, fortalecimento muscular melhor coordenação e equilíbrio, dentre outros. Após muito tempo, retornei este mês para fazer RPG devido a uma tendinite e novamente logo nas primeiras sessões já me sinto apta a voltar ao meu dia a dia normalmente.
Agradeço e parabenizo muito a Michele e aos demais profissionais da clínica pelo seu cuidado e profissionalismo de altíssima competência. Parabéns Michele!!!!

The first time I received care from physiotherapist Michele was when I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in the lower back. I felt pain in my foot and of course in my lower back that prevented me from walking normally. I did RPG, a very effective and wonderful treatment that already in the first sessions brought me pain relief and better walking conditions. After finishing the RPG sessions I went to Pilates where I acquired several benefits such as good posture, muscle strengthening, better coordination and balance, among others. After a long time, I returned this month to do RPG due to tendonitis and again in the first sessions I feel able to go back to my daily life normally.
I thank and congratulate Michele and the other professionals at the clinic for their care and professionalism of the highest competence. Congratulations Michele!!!!
