Minha mãe estava marcada hoje 21/05/2021, as 7:00hs para iniciar tratamento de Acunputura na Fisio Sport Center, com Matheus. Chegamos na clínica por volta das 7:10hs, a recepcionista Karen disse que minha mãe não poderia ser atendida devido ao horário. Pedi para falar com o Matheus, o mesmo estava encostado no balcão mexendo no celular, com maior pouco caso alegou que o primeiro atendimento requer uma avaliação muito intensa, e não daria tempo de fazer o tratamento.
Indaguei porque não avisaram antes a necessidade de marcar dois horários seguidos. Não responderam.
Os dois funcionários sem sensibilidade com o próximo, o Matheus nem cumprimentou minha mãe.
Minha mãe vai fazer 92 anos, ela disse que nunca passou por um constrangimento desse tipo.
Acredito que os colaboradores precisam ser mais treinados, principalmente para lidar com pessoas de prioridades de prioridades.
Frustrating experience!
My mother was scheduled today 05/21/2021, at 7:00 am to start Acunputura treatment at Fisio Sport Center, with Matheus. We arrived at the clinic around 7: 10 am, receptionist Karen said that my mother could not be seen due to the schedule. I asked to speak to Matheus, he was leaning on the counter, using his cell phone, but he claimed that the first appointment requires a very intense evaluation, and there would be no time to do the treatment.
I asked why they didn't warn me beforehand about the need to set two times in a row. They did not answer.
The two employees without sensitivity to the next, Matheus did not even greet my mother.
My mother will be 92 years old, she said she never experienced such an embarrassment.
I believe that employees need to be better trained, especially to deal with people with priority priorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo menos o atendimento para marcação é péssimo. Agendei um pacote de acupuntura com duas semanas de antecedência e quando fui confirmar 4 duas antes não tinham feito o agendamento! Informaram que eu faria a avaliação e só poderia começar o tratamento se desse tempo por não ter feito a reserva de dois horários. Sendo erro deles ao invés de propor uma solução o atendimento debochado ficou insistindo q o erro na comunicação foi meu.
Não recomendo.. Não adianta ter bons profissionais se o atendimento é péssimo.
At least the appointment service is terrible. I booked an acupuncture package two weeks in advance and when I went to confirm 4 two weeks earlier they hadn't made the appointment! They informed me that I would do the assessment and could only start the treatment if there was time for not having booked two schedules. Being their mistake, instead of proposing a solution, the mocking service kept insisting that the error in communication was mine.
I don't recommend it. It's no use having good professionals if the service is terrible.
