No máximo dois alunos por turma de Pilates, o que permite trabalho muito mais focado e acompanhamento mais próximo da fisioterapeuta Joyce. A Joyce é excelente profissional! Muito estudiosa e responsável, transmite tranquilidade para seus alunos pois explica as razoes fisiológicas de cada intervenção. Me recuperei de uma lesão na coluna e dores nos joelhos e ombros com ela... Alem disso ela te um astral ótimo e muuuuuuita paciência! :)
