I recommend the 2 Fisiocenter clinics I have always been patient, for 7 years I treat myself there, physiotherapists always willing to help and understand our problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento começa pela recepção, informei meu plano na mesma ligação em que marquei um horário para avaliação, no dia da consulta após a recepcionista fazer minha ficha e eu aguardar por alguns minutos, me informam que eu precisava de um encaminhamento devido ao meu plano.
Poderiam ter falado isso por telefone no dia que eu marquei a avaliação né?
Em tempos que o ÁLCOOL esta R$2,80 e que 24hrs é pouco pra gente resolver nossos problemas, não se faz isso :)
Fica a dica, crie um roteiro de perguntas a serem feitas qnd a pessoa liga para marcar um horário, evita chateações desnecessárias.
Enfim, não passei da recepção, não tenho o que dizer sobre os demais.
The service starts at the reception, I informed my plan on the same call that I made an appointment for evaluation, on the day of the consultation after the receptionist made my form and I waited for a few minutes, they informed me that I needed a referral due to my plan.
They could have said it over the phone the day I scheduled the assessment, right?
In times that ALCOHOL is R $ 2.80 and that 24 hours is not enough for us to solve our problems, it is not done :)
Here's the tip, create a script of questions to be asked when the person calls to make an appointment, avoid unnecessary annoyances.
Anyway, I did not pass the reception, I have nothing to say about the others.
