Iniciei o tratamento esta semana e tive uma boa impressĂŁo, sobretudo do fisioterapeuta Diogo (que parece ser o dono e responsĂĄvel pela avaliação inicial e coordenação da clĂnica).
Na avaliação, ele me transmitiu bastante segurança. Notei, ainda, que ele fica sempre transitando pela clĂnica, observando e orientando o trabalho dos demais colaboradores, que foram bastante cuidadosos no trato da minha lesĂŁo nessa primeira sessĂŁo.
Espero que continue assim.
I liked the clinic.
I started the treatment this week and had a good impression, especially from the physiotherapist Diogo (who seems to be the owner and responsible for the initial evaluation and coordination of the clinic).
In the evaluation, he gave me a lot of confidence. I also noticed that he is always visiting the clinic, observing and guiding the work of the other collaborators, who were very careful in treating my injury in this first session.
I hope it stays that way.

â â â â â Procurei a clĂnica para tratar um problema no quadril, e aproveitei a ocasiĂŁo para tambĂ©m fazer RPG. Sempre fui muito bem atendida por qualquer funcionĂĄrio da clĂnica, todos sempre muito gentis e educados. PorĂ©m falta muita organização e profissionalismo. O responsĂĄvel pela clĂnica, Diogo se mostrou ser uma pessoa esclarecida e com competĂȘncia para tratar meu caso. Mas infelizmente sĂł consegui ser atendida por ele 1 vez. Em todas as outras vezes fiquei passando por inĂșmeros estagiĂĄrios, e muitos nem sabiam o que fazer quanto ao meu protocolo. Fui diversas vezes questionada sobre quais exercĂcios eu estava fazendo, como, quantos... Em uma sessĂŁo a estagiĂĄria responsĂĄvel me pediu para fazer um exercĂcio e que voltaria logo em seguida. Foram 18 minutos entre um exercĂcio e outro para ela voltar, e nĂŁo fui supervisionada. Acredito que se eu que tenho que dizer quais exercĂcios estou fazendo, e nĂŁo estou tendo supervisĂŁo daria o mesmo fazĂȘ-lo em minha casa por conta prĂłpria.
Em outras ocasiĂ”es estagiĂĄrias me pediam para fazer exercĂcios que a prĂłpria fisioterapeuta tinha dito que NĂO era para fazer.
Fiz 16 sessĂ”es, e o meu problema nĂŁo evoluiu em nada. Nunca tive um perĂodo de melhora. Desisti de ir Ă clĂnica apĂłs tantas sessĂ”es sem nenhum resultado e sem nenhum acompanhamento de perto. Reitero: NĂŁo queria estar curada em 16 sessĂ”es (o ortopedista pediu 20), apenas ter obtido o MĂNIMO de melhora, visto que o problema tem me atrapalhado em toda minha rotina.
Com relação ao rpg, vocĂȘ fica numa sala sozinha, e os estagiĂĄrios sĂł aparecem uma Ășnica vez durante todo o tempo, o que claramente nĂŁo funciona, visto que se procurei um profissional para corrigir a postura, nĂŁo tenho como ficar durante vĂĄrios minutos irretocĂĄvel na posição que fui colocada.
Tentei conversar sobre tudo isso mais de uma vez, e o comportamento de todos perante o meu caso sempre foi o mesmo.
I looked for the clinic to treat a hip problem, and I took the opportunity to also do RPG. I was always very well attended by any employee of the clinic, everyone was always very kind and polite. However, it lacks a lot of organization and professionalism. The person responsible for the clinic, Diogo proved to be an enlightened person with competence to deal with my case. But unfortunately I only got to see him once. At all other times I went through countless interns, and many didn't even know what to do about my protocol. I was asked several times about what exercises I was doing, how, how many... In one session, the intern in charge asked me to do an exercise and that I would come back soon after. It took 18 minutes between one exercise and another for her to come back, and I wasn't supervised. I believe that if I have to say what exercises I'm doing, and I'm not being supervised, it would be the same to do it at home on my own.
On other occasions, interns asked me to do exercises that the physical therapist herself had said she was NOT supposed to do.
I did 16 sessions, and my problem did not evolve at all. I never had a period of improvement. I gave up going to the clinic after so many sessions without any results and without any close monitoring. I reiterate: I didn't want to be cured in 16 sessions (the orthopedist asked for 20), just to have gotten the MINIMUM of improvement, since the problem has been getting in the way of my entire routine.
Regarding the rpg, you are in a room alone, and the interns only appear once during the whole time, which clearly doesn't work, since if I looked for a professional to correct the posture, I can't stay for several minutes flawlessly in the position I was placed.
I tried to talk about all this more than once, and everyone's behavior towards my case was always the same.
