Liguei e falei com a atendente que também é muito esnobe.
A melhor clínica é a dela, é quando justifique, informando que tinha orçamentos com valores menores, disse-me: menor? Mas, o atendimento e pior...
É muita prepotência!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pouco tempo fiz tratamento na clínica e só tenho elogios a fazer, as fisioterapias sem dúvida me ajudaram muito, só não faço mais porque voltei ao trabalho e não terei tempo... Mas em especial a secretária desde o primeiro dia me acolheu com muita educação, zelo e respeito, coisa que hoje tem sido inédito, muitas vezes chegamos em diversos locais , além de nos depararmos com o mau humor e desdém de alguns, então esta secretaria está de parabéns, em todas as minhas sessões, era recebida com seu sorriso e gentileza, tenho certeza que assim como todos, temos problemas, mas nem todos conseguem ser profissionais e agradáveis como ela... Portanto assim "como muitos" adoram reclamar da vida e despejar nos outros seu lixo mental, eu faço questão de deixar não só meu relato mas inteira satisfação. Parabenizo o atendimento, os profissionais e sem dúvida indicarei a quem precisar.
Outro detalhe, depois que terminei meu tratamento a secretaria entrou em contato para saber do meu progresso, não foi nada comercial e sim humano, o mundo está precisando de pessoas assim, está escasso.

I congratulate the service, the professionals and I will undoubtedly refer to those who need it.
Another detail, after I finished my treatment, the secretariat got in touch to find out about my progress, it was nothing commercial but human, the world is in need of people like that, it is scarce.

Atualmente moro na Europa e quando morava aí, fui atendida pelo grande Fisioterapeuta não é recém formado inclusive está a anos no mercado, então quando vejo esses comentários apesar de opiniões e que devemos respeitar, mas aqui na Europa percebo o quanto "nós brasileiros " somos folgados... Na época fui atendida pelo particular, preço justíssimo a excelência da terapia, hoje super indico! Então gostaria de deixar uma reflexão aos meus colegas críticos ou espaçosos... Se nos propusemos a fazer um tratamento temos também o dever de nos programar, imprevistos? Podem acontecer e acredito que se não fosse as 10 a clínica remarcaria... Temos que lembrar também que não somos pacientes exclusivos... E já em relação ao atendimento e valor... Minha amiga esta semana ligou e a secretária foi de uma extrema atenção e educação ao ponto que minha amiga irá iniciar o tratamento quando voltar de viagem... E para àqueles que acham que aqui no Brasil teremos serviços de saúde de excelência com valores populares, (utopia),é melhor poder pagar um bom plano de saúde, ou ter condições para pagar um profissional sem precisar ficar fazendo pesquisa e por não ter suas necessidades supridas ficam bombardeando todos aos ventos, última opção é entrar na fila do SUS... É isso! Parabéns a Clínica de forma geral, e a quem conhecer indicarei de olhos fechados.

And for those who think that here in Brazil we will have excellent health services with popular values, (utopia), it is better to be able to pay a good plan health, or being able to pay a professional without having to do research and because your needs are not met, they are bombarding everyone in the wind, the last option is to join the SUS line ...
