★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clima mantém os ares condicionados desligados, desta forma o local parece um estufa, não recomendo para idosos, pois é muito quente, procurem outra clínica que não economiza em ventilação e refrigeração, não recomendo irem a unidade de Mauá.
 Weather keeps the air conditioners off, so the place looks like a greenhouse, I don't recommend it for the elderly, because it's too hot, look for another clinic that doesn't save on ventilation and cooling, I don't recommend going to the Mauá unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente cancelaram minha terapia por um erro do convênio e não meu, fora que o atendimento é ruim e fazem descaso de você. Os médicos são bons, mas o resto, horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo com a psicóloga e amo muito desde a primeira experiência! Porém toda vez na portaria tem uma atendente que trabalha com uma má vontade. Toda vez é a mesma coisa. Esquece que o atendimento ao paciente começa na porta.
I go with the psychologist and I love it a lot since the first experience! But every time at the concierge there is an attendant who works with a bad will. Every time it's the same. Forget that patient care starts at the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segurança muito mal educado disse que iria chamar o trânsito pois estava estacionado no local onde a chefe da fisioterapia iria estacionar como se ela tivesse comprado a rua bateu no vidro do carro 3 vezes avisando que era melhor tirar o carro pois ela estava chegando estava com o carro na rua em uma guia alta uma falta de respeito com os pacientes e nem estava em local proibido

Lixo de atendimento e lixo de lugar.
Cheguei 10 min atrasada pra consulta e a especialista foi embora. Sendo que liguei avisando que estava indo direto do serviço e por conta do trânsito atrasaria. Não tem tolerância nenhuma com o paciente, mas quando diz respeito a vocês a espera é de 30 minutos pra fazer um ficha fora a espera da consulta.
Terceira vez q fazem palhaçada comigo nessa clínica. Não tem nem nota pra dar, simplesmente não volto mais e não indico pra ninguém.

Service garbage and place garbage.
I arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment and the specialist left. Being that I called letting them know that I was going straight from the service and because of the traffic I would delay. There is no tolerance with the patient, but when it comes to you, the wait is 30 minutes to file a file outside of waiting for the appointment.
Third time they joke around with me at this clinic. There's not even a rating to give, I just won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Desde o atendimento da recepção rápido e ótimo, quanto a estrutura, limpeza, tudo impecável, profissionais pacientes, atenciosos, equipamentos e estrutura tudo novo.
Nota 10 em tudo, igual ou melhor comparado ás clínicas particulares.
Levei minha mãe para fazer tratamento de fisioterapia e acupuntura e ela ficou bem melhor.

Note 10 in everything, equal or better compared to private clinics.
I took my mother for physiotherapy and acupuncture treatment and she got much better.
