★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com vários profissionais, porém com administração péssima. Fora o fato de troca diretoooooooooo de atendente.
Troca o dia do paciente, o nome, e sempre que precisa autorizar o paciente sempre sai perdendo.
Precisa chegar 40 minutos antes, além do paciente não gosta do profissional. Não foca no problema.
Pergunta sempre outro assunto. Não indico para ninguém, deveria é ter vergonha de ser da área da saúde.

Agradeço em especial a Supervisora Samia Medeiros, ela é realmente está na função certa. Ela sabe lidar/falar/atender as pessoas. Muito humana, receptiva e faz de tudo pra atender a expectativa do cliente. PARABÉNSS! Se pudesse, daria 10 estrelas. OBRIGADA!
Very good clinic, qualified professionals and great structure. Not to mention the customer service is impeccable!! They are to be congratulated!! Special thanks to Supervisor Samia Medeiros, she is really in the right role. She knows how to deal/talk/serve people. Very human, receptive and does everything to meet customer expectations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor clínica. Adoro os serviços. As atendentes na recepção são ótimas. Pena q tive q mudar de plano e tive q sair pq não tem psicólogos q atendam pelo bradesco saúde. Mas a minha experiência com a clínica foi ótima.
Best clinic. I love the services. The front desk attendants are great. Too bad I had to change plans and had to leave because there aren't any psychologists who work for Bradesco Saúde. But my experience with the clinic was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica péssima! Altamente desorganizada! Local muito desconfortável, não tem um espaço razoável com cadeiras de espera para o número de pacientes que recebe.
Ocorreu duas vezes em menos de um mês o fato do profissional que atende meu filho desmarcar a consulta e eles não comunicarem. E o pior, nas duas vezes, além de não comunicarem a falta do profissional, mesmo ao chegar ao consultório, passaram a carteira para autorização e me deixaram esperando o atendimento como se a profissional estivesse presente. Nas duas vezes, tive que esperar quase todo o tempo da consulta para só então descobrir que o profissional havia faltado.
No ultimo ocorrido fiquei em pé sem ter cadeira para sentar com meu filho dormindo no meu braço por quase vinte minutos. Durante o atraso, ainda perguntei ao atendente que passou o cartão se a profissional realmente estava no consultório e ele ainda confirmou, só depois outro atendente que me viu em pé informou que a profissional havia faltado.
Muito descaso em se tratando principalmente de pacientes na maioria crianças.
Terrible clinic! Highly disorganized! Very uncomfortable place, it does not have a reasonable space with waiting chairs for the number of patients it receives.
It happened twice in less than a month that the professional who attends my son canceled the appointment and they did not communicate. And worst of all, both times, in addition to not reporting the lack of a professional, even when I arrived at the office, they gave me the license for authorization and left me waiting for the service as if the professional were present. Both times, I had to wait almost the entire time of the consultation, only then to discover that the professional was absent.
In the last event I stood up without having a chair to sit with my son sleeping on my arm for almost twenty minutes. During the delay, I even asked the attendant who issued the card if the professional was really in the office and he even confirmed it, only later another attendant who saw me standing said that the professional had been absent.
Much neglect when dealing mainly with patients, mostly children.

atendentes altamente despreparados..Não se comunicam uns com os outros.ja fui lá fiquei esperando com se profissional estivesse lá e não estavam. Fui lá e a profissional não foi e nem avisaram. Já marquei uma avaliação e os despreparados pediram a minha Unimed 3 pedidos com 4 sessões cada um. E foi cobrado sem eu ir. Já precisei cancelar guias da Unimed e eles passam contato de um..Não sabe de nada..de outro.. mata a pessoa no cansaço e não resolvem nada.
Já entreguei guia p consultar.. e a atendente despreparada não soube pedi autorização a Unimed e me fez voltar pra casa sem atendimento. NUNCAAA mais quero ir nessa clinica de despreparados .. desqualificados..sem contar que os espaço é uma gambiarra. Não indico pra ninguém. Se precisar de atendimento procurem uma clínica de verdade de profissionais competentes e bom atendimento.

highly unprepared attendants.. They don't communicate with each other. I've been there, waiting as if a professional was there and they weren't. I went there and the professional didn't go and they didn't even warn me. I've already scheduled an evaluation and the unprepared ones asked my Unimed for 3 requests with 4 sessions each. And it was charged without me going. I've had to cancel Unimed guides and they contact one of them..They don't know anything..the other one.. they kill the person when they are tired and they don't solve anything.
I already gave a guide to consult.. and the unprepared attendant didn't know I asked for permission from Unimed and made me go home without service. I NEVER want to go to that clinic again for the unprepared .. unqualified .. not to mention that the space is a gambiarra. I don't recommend it to anyone. If you need care, look for a real clinic with competent professionals and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por aqui mudar minha avaliação pois a clínica conseguiu a profissional (fonoaudióloga) que eu precisava aos sábados,o dia que eu queria,pois moro muito longe e gosto de participar das consultas dos meus filhos como foi a primeira cessão não posso falar muito mas a cada evolução do tratamento irei mudar aqui até chegar a nota máxima, tive um pequeno contra tempo na recepção pois as consultas não tinham sido solicitadas sendo na semana passada tive lá com a guia para as consultas, mas logo foi resolvido.
I come here to change my assessment because the clinic got the professional (speech therapist) that I needed on Saturdays, the day I wanted, because I live very far away and I like to participate in my children's consultations as it was the first assignment I can't say much but with each evolution of the treatment I will change here until I reach the maximum grade, I had a small setback at the reception because the consultations had not been requested and last week I had it there with the guide for the consultations, but it was soon resolved.
