Tive um bom atendimento pelas funcionárias, mas a proprietária é péssima, trata os cliente com diferença. Demorou dias pra me responder, e quando respondeu foi grosseira e disse que se eu quisesse podia cancelar o cupom não fazendo questão nenhuma.
My husband bought some Urban Fish coupons as a gift for some procedures at this clinic. I had a good service by the employees, but the owner is terrible, treats customers with difference. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cupom no peixe urbano, final do ano passado em dezembro tentei marcar para o fim do mês mas falaram que não poderiam atender , marquei pra janeiro pra minha mãe já que não estava na cidade , foi cancelado , marquei para o mês seguinte , sendo específica que com mais de 30 dias não aceitaria desculpas ela confirmou . Quando chegou o dia me informou que o cupom já tinha expirado ou seja pura picaretagem , falta de caracter , me sinto envergonhada de ter colegas fisioterapeutas que tenham comportamento tão anti profissional e mesquinho.
