They do not answer the phone at all, I'm calling for two weeks to find information about the course and they never answer ... for what phone if they do not answer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Fisk em Campo Grande, para me informar sobre o curso de inglês para minha filha de 10 anos, tinham 3 pessoas na recepção e nenhuan delas poderiam passar a informação, dizendo que era pra eu aguardar que outra pessoa iria me atender. Fiquei aguardando mais de 10 min, cansei e fui embora com a mesma dúvida que entrei . Lamentável!!!
I went to Fisk in Campo Grande to learn about the English course for my 10 year old daughter, they had 3 people at the reception and none of them could pass the information, saying that I was waiting for someone else to attend. I waited more than 10 minutes, I got tired and left with the same doubt I entered. Unfortunate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha está fazendo curso desde 2017. Gosto do ensino e vejo que minha filha evoluiu muito ao longo desse tempo. Em geral os funcionários são atenciosos. Contudo, as recentes mudanças de alguns funcionários mudaram um pouco o ambiente da instituição. Precisa investir mais em aula de conversação para as criancas.
My daughter has been taking a course since 2017. I enjoy teaching and I see that my daughter has evolved a lot over that time. The staff are generally helpful. However, the recent changes of some employees have changed the environment of the institution a little. Need to invest more in conversation classes for children.
