A recepcionista do saguão depois de um tempo disse que tinha mandado mensagem para a dona que viu e não respondeu e que, por isso, devia estar chegando.
Quando finalmente chegou, me viu, disse bom dia e abriu a loja com toda a tranquilidade do mundo, guardou seus pertences, parou até pra grampear sua sacola de compras no balcão, enquanto permaneci esperando do lado de fora, achei uma falta de respeito tão grande que fui embora da recepção mesmo, só agradeci a recepcionista do saguão por ter tentado ajudar.
