★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestores e professores simpáticos. Ponto positivo é a estrutura e os aparelhos de musculação. Ponto negativo é a lotação dependendo do horário que você vai frequentar. Talvez promoções em horários menos frequentados ajude a equilibrar os alunos.
Friendly managers and teachers. Positive point is the structure and the weight machines. Negative point is the capacity depending on the time you will attend. Perhaps promotions during less busy times will help to balance students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é bem frequentado, tranquilo e bem cuidado. Em horário de pico fica muito cheio, tem que esperar a vez para usar alguns equipamentos, pois possuem poucas unidades. Alguns aparelhos precisam de manutenção e ajustes mas a maioria está OK. Os professores são atenciosos e bem humorados. O preço é justo.
The atmosphere is well frequented, quiet and well maintained. At peak times it gets very crowded, you have to wait at the same time to use some equipment, as they have few units. Some appliances need maintenance and adjustments but most are OK. The teachers are attentive and good humored. The price is fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive de passagem em SJC e treinei nessa academia, o professor Guilherme e o Dono Fabiano foram muito legais e a academia é bem completinha com equipamentos bem conservados e manutenção em dia. Pena que não moro em SJC, mas gostaria de treinar aqui mais vezes
I was passing through SJC and trained at this gym, Professor Guilherme and Owner Fabiano were very nice and the gym is very complete with well-maintained equipment and up-to-date maintenance. Too bad I don't live in SJC, but I would like to train here more often
