★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como locatária tenho diversos problemas com a imobiliária, como aluguel de apartamento com cupins (que precisei discutir razoavelmente para ser atendida). Com a questão do Corona não houve nenhum direcionamento de com quem falar ou o que fazer em casa de problemas com o aluguel. Acredito que poderiam nos tratar melhor e nos orientar melhor.
As a tenant I have several problems with the real estate, such as renting an apartment with termites (which I had to reasonably discuss to be answered). With the Corona issue, there was no guidance on who to talk to or what to do at home with problems with rent. I believe they could treat us better and guide us better.

Se fazem passar por intermediários, que até o são de fato, mas não pensam que estão a perder um cliente que poderia utilizar os serviços da imobiliária como futuro locador. To the landlord they seem discerning and organized, however they do not treat the landlord as a client. They pretend to be intermediaries, who are in fact, but do not think they are losing a client who could use the real estate services as a future landlord.
