★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malhei lá por um ano inteiro quando morava em Copacabana. O pessoal que frequentava era muito bacana e hoje alguns são bons amigos, ainda que com menor contato pela minha saída do bairro.
Os equipamentos estavam sempre ok, regulados, os professores sempre deram muito suporte. A academia não é grande, mas tem tudo que é necessário para se chegar ao resultado pretendido.
I worked out there for a whole year when I lived in Copacabana. The people I used to visit were very nice and today some are good friends, although with less contact due to my leaving the neighborhood.
The equipment was always ok, regulated, the teachers always gave a lot of support. The gym is not big, but it has everything necessary to achieve the desired result.

Hoje, resolvi utilizar esse meio pois, depois da vigésima vez reclamando sem NENHUMA atitude a respeito, acho injusto com aqueles que possivelmente queiram se matricular na academia deparem-se somente com avaliações do tipo: “ótima academia”, “bons professores”. É inacreditável que, ao pagarmos uma mensalidade (que não é barata), o aluno ainda precise quase implorar para que o ar condicionado seja ligado. Lamentável!!!! Se o ar permanece desligado, reduza também o valor da mensalidade.
Before evaluating something publicly, I think it is important that we seek out those responsible for the establishment or even employees to complain. Today, I decided to use this means because, after the twentieth time complaining without ANY attitude about it, I think it's unfair to those who possibly want to enroll in the academy to only come across evaluations like: "great academy", "good teachers". It is unbelievable that, when we pay a monthly fee (which is not cheap), the student still has to almost beg for the air conditioning to be turned on. Unfortunate!!!! If the air remains off, also reduce the monthly fee.

It is a gym with great service, teachers who care about students, you feel comfortable working out, everyone is very friendly and it is a beautiful place with great equipment, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim , depois de muita pesquisa no bairro, é a melhor no custo benefício. Tem um ambiente familiar e ótimos professores. Equipamentos novos e muita higiene. Super indico. Completei 1 ano e sempre tiveram todos os cuidados com a pandemia.
For me, after a lot of research in the neighborhood, it is the best cost-benefit. It has a family atmosphere and great teachers. New equipment and a lot of hygiene. Super indicate. I turned 1 year old and they always took care of the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On vacation in Rio copacabana, l want it to keep working out, so I checked out Smartfit, credit card only but their payment system was out every day.
Bodytec, a ridiculous charge of 170(R) for a one day pass.
I finally find (Fitness Rio) wonderful equipment, never crowded, friendly gym goers and staff and a fair price of 90(R) for a 3 days pass.
