★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo a internet e muito boa mas depois vem ficando fraca e caindo conexão o tempo todo,E a equipe de suporte demora muito pra atender o cliente desde de sexta que estou ligando para pedir um suporte dizem que já estão vindo e manda aguardar e até hoje nada que na segunda que eles vem...E os cliente no final do mês paga o mesmo valor por uma coisa q mal usou por q está semana a conexão já tinha faltado em toda região por conta de problemas na torre....
Não recomendo tá

At first the internet is very good but then it is getting weak and falling connection all the time, And the support team takes a long time to answer the customer since friday i'm calling to ask for support they say they are already coming and have to wait and until today nothing that the second they come ... And the customer at the end of the month pays the same amount for something they misused for q this week the connection had already been missing throughout the region because of problems in the tower ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet sempre cai a noite quando não tem atendimento online. Isso é um absurdo! Uma empresa desse tipo não ter atendimento 24hs. Já tentei abrir o app e não consigo pq acusa usuário e senha errada. Fui no 'esqueci senha' e aparece a mensagem que mandaram um e-mail para refazer a senha mas o email não chega! Isso é um absurdo! Ficar sem internet a noite, num final de semana que NÃO TEM ATENDIMENTO! E como fica a gente que paga a mensalidade tudo certinho antes do prazo? Preciso de resposta!
My internet always falls at night when there is no online service. This is absurd! Such a company does not have 24-hour service. I've tried to open the app and I can't because it accuses username and wrong password. I went to 'I forgot my password' and the message appears that they sent an email to reset the password but the email does not arrive! This is absurd! Running out of internet at night, on a weekend that has NO SERVICE! And how are the people who pay the monthly fee all right before the deadline? I need an answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre paguei a fatura da fixanet muito antes do vencimento. Esses mês atrasei 3 dias e ja cortaram. Péssimo serviço. Sem consideração. O que custa passar pelo menos 7 dias depois do vencimento. Ja estou mudando de provedor.
I always paid the fixanet bill long before it was due. These months I delayed 3 days and already cut. Terrible service. Without regard. What costs to pass at least 7 days after expiration. I'm already changing provider.
