É na hora da falha que percebemos a fragilidade e a mentalidade da empresa.
Todos tem problemas algum dia, ainda mais se falando de uma empresa que naturalmente tem momentos de pico café almoço e janta. Mas se vai montar uma empresa dessa o negócio é se preparar pra esses momentos.
Uma coisa é ter um atraso de 1:20 pra entrega de um gás, outra coisa é manter o cliente esperando, visando o lucro do dia ao invés do cliente pra vida toda.
Não espero que não falhem, mas espero que tenham empatia com o cliente e avise que não vai dar pra atender em tempo hábil.
Perdeu um cliente que te tratava como primeira opção, não pelos problemas, mas por pouco se importar pra minha necessidade.

Everyone has problems someday, especially if you are talking about a company that naturally has peak moments for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But if you are going to set up a company like this, the business is to prepare for these moments.
It's one thing to have a delay of 1:20 for the delivery of a gas, it's another thing to keep the customer waiting, aiming for the day's profit instead of the customer for life.
I don't hope they won't fail, but I hope they empathize with the customer and let them know they won't be able to serve them in a timely manner.
