★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o serviço de religação do fio de energia ao motor do portão eletrônico e fui cobrado abusivamente. O técnico demorou cerca de 15 minutos para executar o serviço e ao final me passou o preço. Optei por fazer o pagamento na loja, onde teria a oportunidade de conversar com algum decisor sobre o preço cobrado frente a simplicidade do serviço executado. Não obtive qualquer explicação plausível sobre o abuso e paguei o preço sem qualquer desconto.
Infelizmente, não recomendo esse estabelecimento.
 I requested the service of reconnecting the power cord to the electronic gate motor and was charged abusively. The technician took about 15 minutes to perform the service and in the end he passed me the price. I chose to make the payment at the store, where I would have the opportunity to talk to a decision maker about the price charged in view of the simplicity of the service performed. I didn't get any plausible explanation about the abuse and I paid the price without any discount.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa empresa. Solicitei que trocasse a frequência do portão e para fazer dois controles. Dois dias depois ao chegar do trabalho me deparo com meu portão totalmente aberto... graças a Deus tenho cão de Guarda!
I don't recommend this company. I asked him to change the gate frequency and to do two controls. Two days later, when I get home from work, I find my gate wide open ... thank God I have a guard dog!
