★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Experiência! Entrei em contato com a Flash e ao questionar sobre o tempo para entrega do laudo, me informaram que o mesmo era emitido na hora do exame. Marquei um horário e ao chegar no referido local, questionei novamente a atendente e a mesma afirmou que já sairia de lá com o laudo do exame. Após a realização da panorâmica, recebi só a "imagem" do exame, SEM laudo. Ao questionar a atendente, a mesma afirmou que o dentista só vai na clinica uma vez por semana e o laudo só pode ser emitido na próxima semana. UM ABSURDO TOTAL. ATENDENTES MENTIROSOS E QUE ENGANAM O CLIENTE. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Bad experience! I contacted Flash and when questioning about the time for delivery of the report, I was informed that it was issued at the time of the exam. I made an appointment and when I arrived at that location, I questioned the attendant again and she said that she would already leave with the exam report. After the panning, I received only the "image" of the exam, without report. When questioning the attendant, she stated that the dentist only goes to the clinic once a week and the report can only be issued next week. A TOTAL ABSURD. LYRICS AND MISTAKE THE CUSTOMER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
