★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde manha tô sem Net , já liguei pros 2 números de la e ate agora nada eles num atendem. Desde q coloquei essa Net q estou insatisfeita.,falaram q se mudasse pra fibra otica ia ficar 100%, n vi nada de 100% ate agora , basta chover pra internet cair.
Since morning I'm without Net, already called the 2 numbers there and so far nothing they do not answer. Since I put this Net I am dissatisfied., They said that if I switched to fiber optic would be 100%, I have not seen anything 100% so far, just rain for the internet to fall.

Internet não funciona, telefone não funciona, nada nesse lixo funciona.

The internet until it worked, 3 months after that it keeps oscillating and falling. Then the technician turns to you and says .... magina fiber internet does not fluctuate and does not fall !!! Kkkkk the phone service is terrible. Difficult to speak!
Internet doesn't work, phone doesn't work, nothing in this trash works.
You guys become a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara eu coloquei a internet na sexta feira, as 2 da manhã de hoje ( domingo) já estou sem internet e ninguém atende nos 2 números que ligo. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Ou seja, se a gente tiver problema no domingo não tem ninguém p atender ? N entendo.
Man I put the internet on Friday, at 2 am today (Sunday) I already have no internet and no one answers the 2 numbers I call. This is a lack of respect for the customer. In other words, if we have a problem on Sunday, is there no one to answer? I do not understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tenho essa rede de internet ,mais minha queixa com eles é que fizeram uma instalação na casa do meu vizinho passando o fio pela minha casa .e eu moro na casa em cima da minha sogra e não podemos ficar na escada e nem subir nada por cima do meu muro na frente por causa desse fio . Eles não acompanharam o que as outras redes fazem.para economizar no material.
I don't have this internet network, but my complaint with them is that they made an installation at my neighbor's house, passing the wire through my house. over my wall in front because of that wire. They did not keep up with what other networks do.to save on material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho está internet a ninguém! Péssima qualidade o serviço, fora que deixa muito a desejar no processo da contratação do serviço. Técnicos não vao instalar nos dias combinados, não ligam para dar uma satisfação ao cliente, atendentes não resolvem o problema, uma total falta de respeito com cliente. Isso na contração do serviço. Só uma observação, as pessoas não estão pedindo favor estão contratando um serviço, pagando por ele. Então trate seus clientes melhor, melhore o serviço de atendimento é da parte técnica, pq vcs são péssimos. Eu jamais indicaria essa internet e vou falar para todos aqui do prédio e do bairro.
I do not advise this internet to anyone! Poor quality of service, which leaves much to be desired in the process of contracting the service. Technicians are not going to install on the agreed days, they do not care to give satisfaction to the customer, attendants do not solve the problem, a total lack of respect with the customer.
