★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto (mangueira 1/2" ) nesta loja hoje, quando cheguei em casa vi que tinha comprado diâmetro errado, voltei imediatamente e pedi para trocar, o vendedor se recusou, isto é não cumprir o código do consumidor, numa loja deste porte não pode acontecer isto, vergonha, pois sou um cliente assíduo nem que não fosse, ou seja era um cliente.
Não adianta ter aviso no caixa, pois quando chega se lá o comprador já está com a mercadoria em mãos, desculpa muito fraca, e esse fato não deixa de ser contra o código do consumidor.
