★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótima localização, literalmente em frente a Praia, e ainda tem piscina dentro do hotel, Só uma sugestão: deixar a piscina aberta todos os dias e por mais tempo.
 great location, literally in front of the beach, and still has a pool inside the hotel, just a suggestion: leave the pool open every day and for longer.

Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. A localização é ótima! Praia linda,limpa...vários comércios bem próximos do local,lugar super agradável, proprietária Sulara foi super gentil e prestativa conosco! Um bom lugar pra estar com a família! Gostamos muito de tudo!
We stayed at this hotel at the turn of the year in a flat, everything in working order, utensils, TV, fridge, shower, air, ok pool, restaurant next door with good food and affordable prices, left nothing to be desired, served us perfectly ! Attentive and helpful staff. The location is great! Beautiful, clean beach ... several shops very close to the place, super nice place, owner Sulara was super kind and helpful with us! A good place to be with the family! We love everything!

Excellent option to stay in Peró. Totally on the sand. Beautiful location, clean and excellent beaches. The flat's infrastructure is great and the staff are very polite.

It's wrong when you say 'ogiva' neighborhood, because it's PRAIA DO PERÓ, in the PERÓ neighborhood. The place is beautiful, Blue Flag [zero pollution], it has a huge infrastructure and incredible views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar aconchegante, porém não tinha Wi-Fi no quarto, só na portaria.
Tem piscina e "sala de jogos" ( o que tinha é a mesa de sinuca,pois de futebol de mesa estava quebrada). Os colaboradores e proprietária todos muito educados. Próximo a praia e shopping do Peró.
A cozy place, but there was no Wi-Fi in the room, only in the concierge.
It has a swimming pool and a "games room" (the only one was the pool table, because table football was broken). The employees and owner are all very polite. Close to the beach and shopping in Peró.
