★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu daria no máximo 3 estrelas, Aluguei 5 dias para este último Réveillon 2019/20, mas ficou provado que o local não tem infra para atender a todos.
São 18 andares entre Garagem e "Serviços"
Existem apenas 3 Elevadores que além de muito muito lentos e antigos o condomínio só disponibiliza 1 para serviço e cheio de regras. (em alta temporada poderiam forrar todos os elevadores e permitir o acesso livre, agilizaria bastante e não deixaria a gente esperar 35 minutos para irmos a praia ou para a piscina.
Sobre a Piscina, dos 5 dias ela funcionou 3 e no dia que a regra dizia que não funcionaria, acabou funcionando, mas ninguém foi avisado. Sem contar o horário de funcionamento. Fechar as 18h é piada.
O local tem diversas opções de "Lazer" daí a funcionar é outra história neh. (sem academia, sem sauna, sem squash, sem coolers na Piscina etc.) Não cobramos tanto estas outras coisas, mas a piscina deram mancada)
o Apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente, exceto pelo fato de ter apenas 01 banheiro, mas estava de acordo com o que a dona havia combinado.
A nota vai para o apartamento e pelo excelente serviço prestado pelas camareiras que deixam o AP impecáveis, e não podemos esquecer dos manobristas que nos atenderam muito bem.
I would give a maximum of 3 stars, I rented 5 days for this last New Year 2019/20, but it proved that the place has no infrastructure to meet all.
18 floors between Garage and "Services"
There are only 3 lifts that besides very very slow and old condominium only provides for one full of rules and service. (In high season they could cover all the elevators and allow free access, would speed up a lot and would not let us wait 35 minutes to go to the beach or pool.
About the pool, from 5 days it worked 3 and the day that the rule said it would not work, ended up working, but no one was warned. Not counting operating hours. Close 18h is joke.
The place has several options of "Leisure" so working is another story neh. (no gym, no sauna, no squash, no pool coolers, etc.) We don't charge these other things so much, but the pool hobbled)
the apartment served us perfectly, except that it had only 01 bathroom, but it was in keeping with what the owner had agreed.
The note goes to the apartment and the excellent service provided by the maids that leave the AP clean, and we can not forget the valets who served us very well.
