Its a mixture of all that and its not a good one mix really. Cause its neither of those in a proper way.
Owner/landlord: Edesio da Motta Resende is a liar and carries a gun for the people who dont want to follow his arbitrarial rules...
Breakfast is really awful.!
The place is UN SECURE FROM HEAD TO TOES.

Mantente alejado de este feo, mal organizado y horrible -no-sé-qué-para-como-llamar-este-lugar (por causa que no es un B & B, no es un motel por horas, ni tampoco acaba siendo um conjunto de deptos),
Es uma mezcla de todo eso y no es una buena mezcla de verdad. Porque no es ninguno de esos propriamente dicho.
El Propietario arrendador es un ladrón, mentiroso y lleva un arma para amedrentar a la gente que no quiere seguir sus reglas arbitrarias.
Además el lugar NO ES SEGURO DE PIES A CABEZA!
El lugar es sucio, mal llevado y el desayuno es de TERRORRRR!!

It is a mixture of all that and it is not a good mixture of truth. Because it's none of those properly said.
The landlord is a thief, a liar and carries a weapon to intimidate people who do not want to follow their arbitrary rules.
In addition the place IS NOT INSURANCE FROM FEET TO HEAD!
The place is dirty, poorly run and breakfast is from TERRORRRR !!
