★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é bem razoável. Boas paredes, pisos, instalações do banheiro. Nada de reclamar que seja péssimo como o serviço oferecido. A geladeira congela todas as frutas. Não serve pra guardar fruta. Congela água, não serve pra guardar água. O fogão até que funciona, o problema é serviço que é de 5ą categoria. Minha estadia nesse lugar foi uma péssima experiência, o dono é grosseiro, mal educado, inconveniente, tem modos retrógradas de tratar hóspedes e funcionários, que inclusive têm dupla, tripla funções no lugar. A mesma moça da recepção faz limpeza dos quartos, recolhe lixo, limpa, passa, deixando-a sobrecarregada, e quando a gente precisa dela na recepção, ela está fazendo alguma coisa. Com os meios modernos de pagamentos, sugeri ao dono que me enviasse o pix para pagamento das diárias, mas quando chegava meio dia, hora do check in, esse homem ligava, importunando meu dia a dia, podendo muito bem mandar link de pagamentos, pix, ted, transferência e uma infinidade de meios de pagamentos. Ele chegou ao absurdo de ir ao quarto bater na porta cobrar uma diária, que a partir daquele minuto, se iniciaria. A MINHA ESTADIA NESSE LUGAR FOI INACREDITAVELMENTE RUIM. A cidade é linda, o bairro tranquilo, Boas opções de comida, café, quitanda, bancas de jornais, artesanato, mas FUJAM DESSE LUGAR. Passem LONGEEE! E boa estadia, longe desse Flat, claro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização, excelente atendimento, apartamentos pequenos embora bem equipados, deu pra se virar bem cozinhando bastante por 14 dias, com a gentil assistência da Maria, da recepção, que colaborou com os utensílios necessários. A internet do quarto nunca deixou na mão, deu para usar o TV box sem problema. Fica bem no meio de ótimos bares y restaurantes para todos os gostos e bolsos, como o excelente Khina Wok e bem acima da deliciosa Castanholândia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acomodações muita antigas . Sem ventilação nos quartos . E recepção que só abre após o meio dia . Durante a noite e até meio dia caso seja preciso algum atendimento não e possível pois não tem ninguém para atender .
Quarto 102 com péssimas condições a geladeira . Funcionária teve que usar um ventilador para retirar o gelo para poder deixar que a porta fechasse . Não me senti confortável no ambiente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom. Ótimo custo-benefício. Localização boa, perto de bares, comércios e da principal feira de Ponta Negra. Não tem café da manhã, mas isso é informado antes da reserva.
