★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Péssimo atendimento e descaso com o cliente, não atende as ligações, pois não cumpre o que fala nem os prazos, então quando sabe de quem se trata, não atende. Se ligar de número diferente atende depois da meio mundo de desculpas esfarrapadas.... enfim, serviço horroroso! Pra se ter uma ideia, temos uma encomenda desde Junho, além disso o mesmo levou duas camisas só para bordar, até a data de hoje, nem a encomenda e nem as camisas que foram para bordar, não atende e nem da satisfação ao cliente.... terrível, não indico!

If you call from a different number, you answer after half a world of lame excuses .... anyway, horrible service! To give you an idea, we have an order since June, moreover it took two shirts just to embroider, until today, neither the order nor the shirts that were to embroider, does not meet nor customer satisfaction. ... terrible, I do not recommend!
