Entrei disse um "oi" e comecei a olhar as poucas araras com as roupas expostas, fiquei esperando que alguém viesse me atender, mas não veio ninguém tinha umas 2 atendendes que em nenhum momento vieram falar comigo e nem me dirigiram um olhar, fui embora. Mas fiquei abismada com o tratamento que tive, talvez me julgaram pela aparência, pensando que eu não tivesse dinheiro para comprar. Nunca mais volto lá. Nesses tempos de crise... e quem lida com comércio, precisa ser mais atencioso com as pessoas. Lamentável!!!
I have always seen this store in Vila Madalena, because it is my daily way. I went in and said "hello" and started looking at the few macaws with the clothes exposed, I was waiting for someone to come to meet me, but no one had a couple of attendants who never came to talk to me and did not even give me a look, I left . But I was stunned by the treatment I had, perhaps judged by my appearance, thinking I had no money to buy. I'll never be back there again. In these times of crisis ... and those who deal with commerce, they need to be more considerate of people. Unfortunate!!!

Minha ex parceira é do ramo da moda e fez varias perguntas específicas, que pra mim não fazia muita diferença, mas foram super atenciosas, sabiam de seus produtos e marcas, e nos levaram pra conhecer o estúdio nos fundos. Que, aliás é muito bonitinho e bem organizado, aparenta ser um lugar bem gostoso de trabalhar. Sou cliente há quase dois anos. As roupas são bem bonitas e de qualidade. Só são muito delicadas e precisam de cuidados especiais, o que já fez eu ter perdido algumas peças por descuido, mas é culpa minha. Perfeito pra comprar algum presente sofisticado, e algum vestido bem confortável.
Impeccable service. My ex partner is in the fashion business and asked several specific questions, which didn't make much difference to me, but they were super attentive, knew about their products and brands, and took us to see the studio in the back. Which, by the way is very cute and well organized, appears to be a very nice place to work. I have been a customer for almost two years. The clothes are very beautiful and quality. They are only very delicate and need special care, which has already made me lose some pieces by carelessness, but it is my fault. Perfect for buying some sophisticated gift, and some very comfortable dress.
