Poucos dias do casamento ainda não tínhamos uma data das provas dos trajes, nem do noivo e muito menos dos padrinhos... o contato é somente via whatsapp ( o mesmo sempre respondia de forma repetida sem nos dar um real posicionamento ). O mesmo quando atendeu... agiu com deboche. ''NÃO INDICARIA NENHUM SERVIÇO DESSA LOJA''. Faltou profissionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não daria nenhuma estrela. Chegamos na loja e ela estava com as portas fechadas e todas as pessoas (clientes e funcionários) aglomerados e sem mascara. As medidas para o terno foram tiradas e disseram que entrariam em contato quando todos os padrinhos tivessem ido e fariam pelo menos uma prova antes da entrega. Devo dizer que isso não aconteceu nem com os padrinhos e nem com o noivo que fez apenas uma prova dois dias antes do casamento. O atendimento presencial e por telefone é péssimo, te tratam com descaso, ironia e deboche. As roupas não justificam o preço e nem o estresse que tivemos para obter informações. Ahh... a qualidade do trabalho deixa muuuito a desejar.
If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. We arrived at the store and it had the doors closed and all the people (customers and employees) crowded together and without masks. The measurements for the suit were taken and they said they would get in touch when all the godparents had gone and would do at least one fitting before delivery. I must say that this did not happen to the groomsmen or to the groom who took just one test two days before the wedding. The face-to-face and telephone service is terrible, they treat you with indifference, irony and mockery. The clothes don't justify the price or the stress we had to get information. Ahh... the quality of the work leaves a lot to be desired.
