★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com eles por dois anos e infelizmente não posso recomendá-los. Cometeram erros primários como não me enviar os boletos de aluguel, e foram extremamente lentos para me entregar o termo de quitação (demoraram 1 semana para realizar a vistoria de saída do imóvel).
Mas o mais desagradável foi a postura arrogante deles, nunca assumindo os próprios erros quando questionados. Eles desperdiçaram a oportunidade de melhorar os seus processos internos, em um comportamento tipicamente amador.
Eu não faria negócio novamente.
I rented an apartment with them for two years and unfortunately I cannot recommend them. They made primary mistakes like not sending me the rent slips, and were extremely slow to deliver the discharge form (it took them 1 week to carry out the inspection of the property).
But the most unpleasant was their arrogant stance, never assuming their own mistakes when questioned. They wasted the opportunity to improve their internal processes, in a typical amateur behavior.
I would not do business again.
