★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra que mandam chegar meia hora antes do horário agendado se o atendimento demora mais de 1h para acontecer? A ideia do drive thru é justamente ser RÁPIDO! Exame agendado para 11h, cheguei 10h30, 11h chamaram pra abrir a ficha, exame foi realizado às11h40
E isso tudo esperando dentro do carro embaixo do sol.
 Why do they order to arrive half an hour before the scheduled time if the service takes more than 1 hour to happen? The idea of drive thru is just to be FAST! Exam scheduled for 11:00 am, I arrived at 10:30 am, 11:00 am called to open the file, exam was held at 11:40 am
And that's all waiting inside the car under the sun.

Drive Service - Time-consuming thru for PCR testing, unhurried staff. Scheduling? For what ? If there is no criterion, order of arrivals. Too bad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores de todas as unidades.. a recepção é a pior, com funcionários conversando e ignorando os pacientes.. demora muito para dar entrada.
Busca outra unidade ou laboratório que é melhor
One of the worst of all the units.. the reception is the worst, with staff talking and ignoring patients.. it takes a long time to check in.
Look for another unit or laboratory that is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa Unidade do Fleury NÃO respeita a fila preferencial. Quando entro em qualquer estabelecimento tais como Bancos, Padarias, Supermercados, etc... a fila para Idosos é separada e sempre o idoso é o PRÓXIMO a ser atendido. Nesta Unidade Vila Lobos o preferencial fica esperando até que os problemas da Unidade sejam resolvidos, poucos funcionários, a chuva atrapalhou a chegada, faltou energia, os não preferenciais já estavam na fila, enfim....... tudo é prioritário menos o idoso. Por favor, entendam que se existe uma Lei para Idosos serem atendidos na frente de todos essa lei precisa ser respeitada, respeitem a Lei. Essa forma de atendimento é ilegal. Mais respeito com os idosos.
This Fleury Unit does NOT respect the preferential queue. When I enter any establishment such as Banks, Bakeries, Supermarkets, etc... the queue for Seniors is separate and the senior is always the NEXT to be attended. At this Vila Lobos Unit, the preferred ones wait until the Unit's problems are resolved, few employees, the rain hampered the arrival, there was no energy, the non-preferred were already in the queue, anyway....... everything is a priority except the old man. Please understand that if there is a Law for the Elderly to be attended to in front of everyone, this law must be respected, respect the Law. This form of assistance is illegal. More respect for the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal fujam desse lugar, se puderem ir no alta no einstein não vão se arrepender. “Agendei” meus exames aqui e quando chego na unidade nada tinha sido lançado no sistema. Não consegui fazer todos os exames e os que eu ia coletar tive de esperar por quase duas horas. Mais uma vez evitem esse lugar
Guys, run away from this place, if you can go high on einstein you won't regret it. I “scheduled” my exams here and when I arrived at the unit nothing had been entered in the system. I couldn't do all the exams and the ones I was going to collect had to wait for almost two hours. Again avoid this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL. Fiz o drive-thru do antígeno, estava agendado para 14:00. Chegamos 13:45 e só fomos atendidos 14:20, enfermeira desrespeitosa na triagem, discutiu ao reclamarmos do péssimo atendimento, muita grosseria na área da triagem. Enfermeiras andam super devagar de um lado pro outro e ficam batendo papo.
HORRIBLE. I did the antigen drive-thru, it was scheduled for 14:00. We arrived at 1:45 pm and were only seen at 2:20 pm, disrespectful nurse in the triage, argued when we complained about the bad service, a lot of rudeness in the triage area. Nurses walk super slowly from one side to the other and chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamos teste de COVID-19 no particular, R$380,00 cada, fazem 2 horas que estamos esperando após o horário agendado e nada. Vale lembrar que o jejum é necessário para os testes. Para que realizar agendamentos se não se cumpre o horário? Sem contar que claramente estão passando os mais ricos na frente dos que já estavam esperando antes deles chegarem. Uma palhaçada e uma gigante falta de respeito ao consumidor.
We scheduled a COVID-19 test in private, R$380.00 each, we've been waiting for 2 hours after the scheduled time and nothing. It is worth remembering that fasting is necessary for the tests. Why make appointments if you don't meet the schedule? Not to mention that the richest are clearly outpacing those who were already waiting before they arrived. A joke and a huge lack of respect for the consumer.
