★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moradores que não respeitam a vizinhança. Ficam fazendo barulho na área de lazer até altas horas, dando risadas altas, falando alto, atrapalhando o sossego dos moradores ao redor. Semanalmente acontece isso. Pensem bem antes de comprar...não terão sossego!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo condomínio , ótimos moradores , ótimo lugar para se morar... é só o síndico colocar a casa em ordem porque está deixando rolar solto e alguns moradores achando que aqui pode tudo e não respeita as normas... O condomínio só precisa de um síndico morador para tratar dos assuntos com mais rigor.
Great condominium, great residents, great place to live... it's just for the landlord to put the house in order because he's letting it go loose and some residents think that everything can be done here and doesn't respect the rules... Próximo a supermercados, padaria, oficina, estacionamento, lava rápido, dois pontos fraco do bairro banco e posto de gasolina. No demais nota 10.

Close to supermarkets, bakery, workshop, parking, car wash, two weak points in the neighborhood bank and gas station. In the remaining note 10.
