★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor atendimento possível em Natal. Pude experimentar (o que não é possivel no site, logicamente) a cadeira na loja, fiquei com ela 7 dias, ou seja, ótima experiencia. Nenhuma loja em Natal (posso arriscar no RN) faz isso, eu garanto porque rodei essa cidade toda. Enfim, o melhor lugar disparado para compra de cadeiras.

Fez questão de mostrar todas as opções de cadeiras disponíveis, explicar cada detalhe e as várias formas de ajuste que as cadeiras possuem. Além de tudo, ainda informou que o site estava com uma promoção muito boa com 25% de desconto e frete grátis. Se não fosse essa mega promoção da fabricante e o fato de que ainda teria que pagar o frete Natal - Caicó, teria comprado as 8 cadeiras na FlexForm RN. Ah! E as cadeiras são TOP. E chegaram 7 dias antes do prazo :)

Escolher uma cadeira implica muita pesquisa, dúvidas e testes para encontrar a ideal. O atendimento virtual e físico da Flexform RN, na pessoa de Patrícia foi incríveeel.
Todas as dúvidas sanadas, informações pertinentes na hora da escolha e o conforto de poder conversar como cliente sem ser pressionada para fechar a compra logo (isso faz todo o diferencial para uma pessoa cautelosa mas compras).
PANDEMIA: fiquei surpresa com o cuidado que tiveram no espaço, pois as visitas são por hora marcada, o que me deixou bem confortável já que o espaço não é tão grande para ter outras pessoas circulando além de você mesmo e um acompanhante.
SEGURANÇA: como a loja fica dentro do HC Plaza me senti bem confortável, além de ser bem fácil de achar, no térreo mesmo. Fiquem atentos apenas ao estacionamento que naquele quarteirão com hospital do coração/shopping/igreja universal sempre fica beeemmm cheio. Como alternativa há o estacionamento privado do HC Plaza.
Sem sombra de dúvidas um local que recomendo com atendimento e produtos de qualidade.

PANDEMIA: I was surprised by the care they took in the space, as visits are by appointment, which made me very comfortable since the space is not so big to have other people circulating besides yourself and a companion.
SAFETY: as the store is inside the HC Plaza I felt very comfortable, besides being very easy to find, on the ground floor. Pay attention only to the parking lot, which on that block with the heart hospital / shopping mall / universal church is always full. Alternatively, there is private parking at HC Plaza.
Without a doubt, a place I recommend with quality service and products.
