Fui com uma lista com mais de 30 produtos que meu técnico passou para comprar e tinha algumas duvidas pois sou leigo no assunto, vendedor não teve interesse nem em tentar entender o que eu precisava. Perguntei se teria alguém na loja para me ajudar ele disse que não (o dono estava ao lado e fingiu que nem viu) Fui embora e comprei tudo na concorrência! Nunca mais volto nessa loja!
Lousy service, very bad sellers! I went with a list with more than 30 products that my technician went to buy and I had some doubts because I am a layman on the subject, the seller was not interested in even trying to understand what I needed. I asked if there would be someone in the store to help me he said no (the owner was next door and pretended he didn't even see it) I left and bought everything at the competition! I'll never go back to that store again!
