Em dezembro eu comprei balões para desta de fim de ano...
Os balões não foram entregues...
Pedi a devolução do valor pago pelos balões...
Já envieri inúmeros emails, mas, nem resposta eu tenho
Não tenho mais notícias...
Não sei se a flexmetal está de acordo com a restituição do valor ou não, porque sequer eu obtive retorno...
Eu não estou exigindo nunhum absurdo !!!...
Pedi apenas o que paguei
Será que terei que recorrer ao poder judiciário ?

In December I bought balloons for this holiday season ...
The balloons were not delivered ...
I asked for the refund of the amount paid for the balloons ...
