E a empresa alega que eles nao levam em consideração a compra, que precisa ser informado para ser feita a arte:.
Me enviaram a arte eu achei que o copo seria ilustrativo, e também nao fui informada que aquele copo era o jateado, ja que eu tinha comprado copo degrade cristal …
A pessoa que fez a arte em nem 1 momento me perguntou se seria cristal ou jateado
Aprovei a arte e a cor…
E a empresa sempre colocando a culpa no seu consumidor….
Na hora de comprar fiquem atentos a isso
