★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O entendimento deveria ser um pouco mais organizado, não pelas recepcionistas, mas sim pela estrutura do local, pois quando chega muitas pessoas, quase não dá para ouvir elas falando, pois ficam as três falando ao mesmo tempo e os clientes também. Seria interessante ter repartições entre elas e aumentar o espaço entre as recepcionistas. Quanto ao serviço prestado/internet, é ótimo.

Já são 4 anos como cliente e ao invés de melhorar só piora, a empresa cresce e a qualidade do serviço diminui. É sempre o mesmo discurso, Rompeu um cabo no Bairro X ... em breve a conexão volta ao normal, Uma outra empresa fez reparos na fiação da energia elétrica e deu problema ...estamos em manutenção. É muito bom ver o meu money pago em dia na conta da empresa. Se atrasar tem juros e corte da internet, e quando os problemas nos interrompe de estudar ? Fazer uma prova online que o primeiro recurso exigido é uma boa conexão com a internet, caso contrário se no momento da prova cair a conexão tem que fazer tudo novamente ? , assistir uma programação na TV em um momento de descanso ou lazer com a família ou amigos e passar vergonha porque ficou sem internet por problemas técnicos ? Tem desconto o tempo que fico sem internet ? Tem desconto na ligação que faço todas as vezes que isso acontece e fico na fila de espera na chamada? Posso ser menos um, mas no próximo ano não vou continuar sendo cliente. Decepcionante
