O serviço realizado em meu carro ficou ótimo! Foram pontuais, esclarecedores e honestos. Sr. Guilherme e sua esposa, Katia (com quem tive o 1o contato) foram de extrema gentileza e educação do início ao fim, nesta que foi a minha 1a experiência no local. O atendimento foi excepcional, daqueles que já não se encontra mais com tanta frequência. por aí. Recomendo!

Deixei agendado para fazer o serviço, porém ao retornar nem havia começado, pior fizeram de qualquer jeito.... Um lixo, não indico pra ninguém... Estou avisados a todos.... Procure um lugar que tenha credibilidade

A qualidade dos serviços prestados, teve uma queda de satisfação, antigamente quando eu retirava o carro após uma lavagem, não via uma mancha, o serviço era impecável, mas hoje você vê um serviço comum e não condiz mais com o valor cobrado, recentemente fiz um serviço que custou muito caro, e esperava qualidade, infelizmente sai de lá totalmente insatisfeito, noto que no início eles queriam captar clientes, acredito que hoje com a clientela que eles possuem, não dão mais tanta atenção na qualidade do serviço, noto também o preconceito com carros que não são premium, se você colocar uma bmw e um carro popular do lado é nítido a diferença de tratamento prestado no carro !! Mas enfim não sei se é a equipe de funcionários que estão desanimados ou outras questões, mas é nítido que hoje eles focam em faturar do que ter qualidade, fiquei muito triste com eles pois passei uma situação que não cabe comentar aqui, mas a sensação desagradável que tive de ser ludibriado por eles na hora de pagar foi muito ruim, pelo tempo que os conheço!! Enfim perderam um cliente!!

The quality of the services provided, there was a drop in satisfaction, in the past when I removed the car after a wash, I didn't see a stain, the service was impeccable, but today you see a common service and it no longer matches the amount charged, I recently did a service that was very expensive, and I expected quality, unfortunately I left there totally dissatisfied, I notice that at the beginning they wanted to attract customers, I believe that today with the clientele they have, they no longer pay so much attention to the quality of the service, I also notice the prejudice with cars that are not premium, if you put a bmw and a popular car on the side, the difference in treatment provided to the car is clear!! But anyway, I don't know if it's the staff who are discouraged or other issues, but it's clear that today they focus on making money rather than having quality, I was very sad with them because I went through a situation that it's not worth commenting here, but the unpleasant feeling that I had to be tricked by them when it came time to pay was really bad, for as long as I've known them!! Finally lost a customer!!
