Se eu ocupasse algum cargo relevante nessa empresa estaria constantemente constrangido, envergonhado e me sentindo um lixo porque a Flix não consegue oferecer o mínimo ofertado ao consumidor. Se você ainda não é cliente, pense bem. A reputação aqui já diz sobre a empresa: 1.5 estrelas (o que é muito para eles). Mudando de provedor o quantos antes. Flix nunca mais...

É O TEMPO TODO CAINDO, se vc tentar contato para atendimento, duas coisas acontecem. 1° Ou fazem você esperar mais de 20 min para atender, e durante o atendimento te enrolam e não solucionam o problema, ou 2°, você espera uma eternidade e simplesmente não te atendem. Cuidado, no início mas só no início ela funciona mais ou menos, depois fica um lixo. Corram, não contratem o serviço. Reparem na quantidade de reclamação nos comentários e irão perceber como é RUIM ESSA INTERNET
Simply HORRIBLE this internet. De um mês venho testando a velocidade da internet no "minha conexão", sugestão da própria flix, e nunca está perto do plano que contratei, sempre 10Megas. Pago muito antes do vencimento, sou um bom cliente, mas cansei de ser prejudicado. Reclamei da velocidade, reclamei da empresa também por não ligar para os clientes para informar sobre os novos planos disponíveis. Tinha um plano por x, mas havia outro disponível, muito melhor, pelo mesmo x. O que custa ligar para os clientes. Mandam mensagens avisando sobre o vencimento, mas ligar para indicar um plano melhor pelo mesmo preço de um plano inferior, não ligam. Não cancelei o plano ainda, resolvi trocar para o famigerado plano de 10 Megas. Daqui a 48hs testarei a velocidade no site Minha Conexão. Agora só falta a velocidade ser de 5 Megas ou menos.
I always thought my internet was slow. For a month I have been testing the speed of the internet on "my connection", suggestion of the flix itself, and it is never close to the plan I hired, always 10Megas. I pay long before maturity, I'm a good customer, but I'm tired of being harmed. I complained about the speed, I also complained about the company for not calling customers to inform them about the new plans available. I had a plan for x, but there was another one, much better, for the same x. What it costs to call customers. They send messages warning about the expiration, but calling to indicate a better plan for the same price as a lower plan, they don't care. I haven't canceled the plan yet, I decided to switch to the infamous 10 Meg plan. In 48 hours I will test the speed on the My Connection website. Now the speed is only 5 Megas or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do sinal oscilar constantemente, acabei de ter minha internet cortada sendo que estou em dia com as minhas faturas. Paguei meu boleto ANTES DO VENCIMENTO, o boleto, por erro do banco da empresa FLIX, retornou o dinheiro para minha conta, atualizei o boleto e paguei COM MULTA, ou seja, além de perder o desconto paguei multa, tudo bem. Para minha surpresa, geraram mais um boleto sem nem me comunicar e ainda bloquearam meu sinal, liguei diversas vezes para a central de atendimento, verificam o erro e garantiram que em 10 minutos a internet voltaria, para minha decepção, além de não voltar, ainda vou ter q esperar até 48 hrs e mais a visita de um tecnico para religarem. Total desrespeito, trabalho com internet, além de pagar duas vezes, perder o desconto, pagar multa ainda terei q esperar 48 hrs para trabalhar. Sinceramente, se existe outra operadora na sua cidade não contrate os serviços FLIX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pois só conseguimos falar com o Atendimento virtual. Telefone nenhum funciona. Não pode começar a armar chuva que ficamos totalmente sem Internet e quando volta fica horrível.
Terrible service, because we can only talk to the virtual service. No phone works. It can't start to rain as we are totally without Internet and when it comes back it's horrible.

Unstable internet, any rain you have to pray not to fall...if you are in college or technical course, you need internet to work...run from flixcom!! Get a quality one!
