★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 1 estrela só . Porque são TODOS mal educados . Não tem um pingo de educação . Estou tentando atendimento pelo WhatsApp a dias e nada de resposta . A minha mãe esteve lá , teve que pegar telefone de DESCONHECIDO , porque eles não atendiam bem (minha mãe não entende de tecnologia ) . E foram SUPER mal educados com ela : destrataram ela .
Se for pelas lindas roupas , ok .
Mas em atendimento , não merecem o salário que ganham .
I will give 1 star only. Because they are ALL rude. You don't have an ounce of education. I've been trying WhatsApp service for days and no response. My mother was there, she had to get a phone from a UNKNOWN, because they didn't answer well (my mother doesn't understand technology). And they were SUPER rude to her: they mistreated her.
If it's for the beautiful clothes, ok.
But in attendance, they don't deserve the salary they earn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então pessoal, estive na loja para fazer uma troca que dei de presente, só que a pessoa perdeu o cupom fiscal mas mesmo assim a peça estava com a etiqueta, então informada pelo procon eu tinha o direito de troca, mas infinito a gerente não quis trocar e preferiu uma reclamação no procon, fico triste pois sou cliente da Lj desde que abriu. Mas abri a reclamação pq temos direitos como consumidor e não existe regras qnd se fala em troca sendo que o produto está etiquetado e em bom estado. Fica a dica!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem sim muitas roupas bonitas e baratas no entanto é péssimo as condições de compra , filas enorme pra entrar, não pode experimentar as roupas mesmo existindo provador dentro da loja e você tem um tempo super curto de troca
The store does have a lot of beautiful and cheap clothes, however the purchase conditions are terrible, huge lines to enter, you can't try on the clothes even though there is a dressing room inside the store and you have a super short time to change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja realmente tem roupas boas e baratas mais o atendimento tanto na loja quanto no whatsapp e horrível algumas vendedoras são sem educação e a moça do caixa e a mais mal educada, fiz uma compra levei um body branco ( que experimentei em casa depois do banho) e uma saia ambos não serviu fui hj fazer a troca e simplesmente não consegui troca o body pq segundo elas estava sujo. Agora estou com uma peça que na etiqueta e 44,99 mais no cartão de (DÉBITO) ELA VAI PRA 47 REAIS que não me servi enfim estou indignada com a lojista da loja.
The store really has good and cheap clothes plus the service both in the store and on whatsapp and horrible some salesgirls are impolite and the cashier is the most rude, I made a purchase I took a white bodysuit (which I tried at home after showering) ) and a skirt both didn't fit I went today to change and I just couldn't change the body because according to them it was dirty. Now I have a piece that on the label is 44.99 more on the (DEBIT) card SHE GOES TO 47 reais that I didn't use anyway I'm outraged with the store clerk.
