 My experience, for the second time, was frustrating. Asking in advance is no guarantee on receiving. There the old saying ... one is little, two is good .... three ... never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ano seguido que peço gelo com antecedência e hora marcada e eles furam. Uma atrasou e chegou no meio da festa e outro simplesmente não tinha gelo e não fez questão nenhuma de avisar que não ia conseguir entregar.
2 years in a row I ask for ice in advance and by appointment and they stick. One was late and arrived in the middle of the party and the other simply had no ice and made no point of saying that he would not be able to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltando 15 mim para a loja deles fechar, me ligaram para dizer que se atrasaram mas estavam indo entregar os sacos de gelo, NÃO FORAM, e eu deI uma festa SEM GELO e sem ter onde comprar devido o horario .
NUNCA MAIS !
Missing me to their store to close, they called me to say that they were late but were going to deliver the ice bags, they were NOT, and I threw a party without ICE and nowhere to buy due to the time.
NEVER !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deixaram na mão as duas vezes que pedi, fiz o pedido e fiquei esperando e não chegou. Tive que ligar pra perguntar pq nem isso fizeram questão de fazer. Não recomendo. E ainda estou sem agua... ô falta de respeito viu.
They let me down the two times I asked, I placed the order and I waited and it didn't arrive. I had to call to ask why they didn't even want to do it. I do not recommend. And I'm still without water ... the lack of respect you saw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra começar uma grosseria infinita ao atender o telefone. Marcam de entregar as 09 e so chega as 16:30 depois de muito ligar reclamando. No segundo pedido, marcaram as 11 e sequer ligaram pra dizer que nao poderiam entregar por N desculpas...fiquei sem agua! Um ó!
To start an infinite rudeness when answering the phone. They schedule to deliver at 9am and only arrive at 4:30 pm after much calling complaining. On the second order, they marked 11 and didn't even call to say they couldn't deliver N excuses ... I ran out of water! A look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é muito mais barato que o concorrente mas depois vc entende o porquê. marquei com uma semana de antecedência uma entrega grande, por telefone atendimento bom. liguei várias vezes para confirmar durante a semana. No dia do evento atrasaram 2 horas e 40 minutos e minha bebida começou a gelat 30 minutos antes da festa. lamentável, ainda pediram caixinha de Natal. Péssimo, não recomendo.
it's much cheaper than the competitor but then you understand why. I booked a large delivery a week in advance, by phone, good service. I called several times to confirm during the week. On the day of the event they were delayed 2 hours and 40 minutes and my drink started to gelat 30 minutes before the party. regrettable, they even asked for a Christmas box. Terrible, I don't recommend it.
