★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portfólio diversificado e organizado, porém na contramão segue um atendimento muito muito vagaroso - não pelo n° de clientes, mas sim, porque ocorrem longos diálogos informais entre funcionários e clientes não condizentes com o ato de compra; ao passo que os clientes que têm outras coisas a fazer não conseguem ficar esperando todo esse tempo. Bom atendimento é um lado A, papo de sala de estar é um lado B. Precisa melhorar.
 Diversified and organized portfolio, however, in the opposite direction, it follows a very slow service - not because of the number of customers, but because there are long informal dialogues between employees and customers that are not consistent with the act of purchase; whereas customers who have other things to do can't wait that long. Good service is an A side, living room chat is a B side. It needs to improve.

Enfim conseguimos atenção e fomos para o projeto, ótimo desenho, suporte e fechamos. Pagamento realizado e início do projeto ok!
Projeto entregue começou o período de manutenção pré pago adiantado por seis meses .... Começa aí o mau exemplo de prestação de serviços, depois de 2 meses tive q ligar para cobrar uma visita, qdo descobri q não existia para eles.
Durante 5 meses por várias vezes tive q alertar eles de problemas no jardim, plantas morrendo, pragas e muitas coisas, não tive durante o período de garantia nenhuma substituição ou reposicao de plantas que vieram a morrer, em um dos canteiros não houve progresso algum e ficou muito longe da proposta do projeto.
Para minha surpresa, no final dos 6 meses pagos adiantado deveríamos renovar o contrato de manutenção eles abandonaram o jardim, nos abandonaram e nem mesmo uma msg ofertando a renovação do contrato.
Não recomendo os serviços desta empresa. Infelizmente uma experiência muito ruim em relação a serviços.
At first we had disagreements, lack of interest from them with our request, it was said that due to high demand, the schedule was complicated.
Finally we got attention and went to the project, great design, support and closed. Payment made and project start ok!
The project delivered started the pre-paid maintenance period for six months in advance.... Then the bad example of service provision begins, after 2 months I had to call to charge a visit, when I found out that it didn't exist for them.
For 5 months I had to alert them several times of problems in the garden, dying plants, pests and many things, during the warranty period I had no replacement or replacement of plants that died, in one of the beds there was no progress and was too far from the project proposal.
To my surprise, at the end of the 6 months paid in advance we should renew the maintenance contract they abandoned the garden, abandoned us and not even a msg offering to renew the contract.
I do not recommend the services of this company. Unfortunately a very bad experience in relation to services.

Planejam o meu jardim com projetos, sempre quando quero mudar, cuidam da manutenção todos os meses, e confesso, nunca, nunca fiquei sem manutenção ou retorno dos mesmos em qualquer aspecto. Quero deixar, aqui a minha imensa satisfação a toda equipe do Florão, que já faz parte da minha família.
I thought it was important to leave my opinion because I have been with this team for 6 years. They plan my garden with projects, whenever I want to change, they take care of the maintenance every month, and I confess, I have never, never been without maintenance or return from them in any aspect. I want to leave here my immense satisfaction to the entire Florão team, which is already part of my family.
