Nunca trabalhei mas estive no dia 28 Março de 2018 para fazer uma entrevista eu e mais umas 60 mulheres, ficamos praticamente na chuva com atraso de mais de 1h e 30 minutos e quando entramos a recepção foi péssima pela selecionadora Cristiane, um lixo de pessoa, arrogante e mal educada, fazia vários comentários maldosos e derespeitosos sobre as mulheres que tinham filhos e marido. Empresa exploradora, mal gerenciada, mal administrada, salário abaixo do piso salarial, não segue lei trabalhista, obriga a fazer hora extra. Ela me ligou para dizer que havia passado, mas Graças a Deus na época tinha arrumado outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na empresa ontem 23/07/20 para participar de um processo seletivo para Analista de Vendas. Quero deixar aqui meu depoimento do atendimento e da empresa.
Chegando na empresa, fui recebida na portaria por uma moça, que verificou a minha temperatura, e me desejou boa sorte.
Fui até a recepção onde também uma moça educada me atendeu e pediu para aguardar.
Pois bem fui atendida pela Srta. Cristiane, a gestora pelo RH, uma pessoa educada e muito simpática e alegre, me entrevistou no primeiro momento, explicou sobre a vaga, falou um pouco sobre a Marco Boni. Após o preenchimento da ficha e o teste, fui entrevista pelo Willians o Gerente de Vendas, um moço muito simpático com uma comunicação muito clara e objetiva, que me passou tudo sobre o tipo de perfil que a emprega busca para essa vaga.
Por fim a empresa está de parabéns pela estrutura decoração e a limpeza.
I was at the company yesterday 23/07/20 to participate in a selection process for Sales Analyst. I want to leave here my testimony of the service and the company.
Arriving at the company, I was met at the reception desk by a girl, who checked my temperature, and wished me luck.
I went to the reception where a polite girl also attended to me and asked to wait.
Well I was attended by Miss. Cristiane, the manager for HR, an educated and very friendly and cheerful person, interviewed me at first, explained about the vacancy, talked a little about Marco Boni. After filling out the form and testing, I was interviewed by Willians the Sales Manager, a very friendly guy with a very clear and objective communication, who gave me everything about the type of profile that the search employs for this vacancy.
Finally, the company is to be congratulated for the decoration and cleaning structure.

Conversei com a representante distribuidora do vale do paraíba em 16 NOV 2020, questionando o período de Garantia do Produto. Para minha surpresa, ela não sabia que o período mínimo de garantia de qualquer produto no Brasil é de 90 dias conforme CDC. Tentou dizer que a Garantia era responsabilidade da Loja e que se tratava "Apenas de uma Maleta", ou seja, nem eles dão valor ao próprio produto.

I spoke with the distributor representative of the paraíba valley on 16 NOV 2020, questioning the Product Warranty period. To my surprise, she did not know that the minimum warranty period for any product in Brazil is 90 days according to CDC. He tried to say that the Guarantee was the responsibility of the Store and that it was "Just a Briefcase", that is, neither do they value the product itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela quarta vez adquiri a escova flexível, preta. Pela segunda vez ela quebra com pouquíssimo uso. É uma lástima pois a escova é ótima para desembaraçar. Infelizmente não vou mais comprar, pois além de cara, está muito frágil.
For the fourth time I got the flexible, black brush. For the second time it breaks with very little use. It's a shame because the brush is great for untangling. Unfortunately I'm not going to buy anymore, because besides being expensive, it is very fragile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de baixíssima qualidade, os pincéis de nail art são muito ruins, soltam a tinta do cabo, as cerdas ficam tortas, abertas (e não dá pra fazer 1 linha fina).
Very low quality products, nail art brushes are very bad, they loosen the paint from the handle, the bristles are crooked, open (and you can't make a thin line).

Tentei troca-lo na loja AKAI cosmeticos em Campinas, SP e eles alegam que pelo fato da embalagem estar aberta, nao o trocam. Como eu iria experimenta-lo sem abrir a embalagem?Por favor resolvam o problema: um cortador de unhas que nao corta unhas e como constatar o problema sem abrir a embalagem... Aguardo solucao antes de ir ao PROCOM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom sempre comprei escovas para trabalho de outras marcas, porem como tive uma indicação que essa marca era boa comprei para fazer a experiência, porem nao tive uma boa experiência com ela. Com 3 vezes em uso a escova ficou toda esburracada por tanto perdi toda expectativas que tinha me colocado conforme a indicação. Por direito do consumidor irei entrar no procom e quero meu dinheiro de volta. Espero que voces resolva meu problema!
Well, I've always bought work brushes from other brands, but as I had an indication that this brand was good, I bought it to experiment, but I didn't have a good experience with it. With 3 times in use, the brush was all bumpy so I lost all expectations that I had put myself according to the indication. By consumer rights I will enter the procom and I want my money back.
