★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé con Damiana Silva el recorrido a pie por Pequena África. Es un barrio con una historia muy rica, imprescindible para entender la experiencia de los afrobrasileños. No es fácil visitarlo de forma independiente. Damiana ofrece un recorrido exhaustivo, visitando diversos puntos (IPPN, Cais de Valongo, Morro da Conceiçao, Pedra do Sal, Prainha, Praça Mahua), todos muy interesantes.
Damiana es seria, informada, profesional, agradable y apasionada. Ella misma afrobrasileña, es la guía idónea para este recorrido.
Recomiendo la actividad y a la guía sin reservas.
I did the walking tour of Little Africa with Damiana Silva. It is a neighborhood with a very rich history, essential to understand the experience of Afro-Brazilians. It is not easy to visit it independently. Damiana offers an exhaustive tour, visiting various points (IPPN, Cais de Valongo, Morro da Conceiçao, Pedra do Sal, Prainha, Praça Mahua), all very interesting.

A guia é maravilhosa, dá gosto de ouvi-la falar. Estou ainda inebriada e processando tantas informações importantes.
Difícil escolher a melhor parte, mas se pudesse eu diria que a parte da arqueologia me encantou chocantemente, pois nossas sombras precisam sair do ponto cego.
Obrigada por manterem este circuito vivo. Quero voltar!
If I could I would give 10 stars. This circuit is very beautiful and mostly necessary. A people without history is an anesthetized people, with no basis to evolve.
The guide is wonderful, it's nice to hear her talk. I'm still inebriated and processing so much important information.
Hard to choose the best part, but if I could I would say that the archeology part shocked me shockingly, as our shadows need to get out of the blind spot.
Thank you for keeping this circuit alive. I want to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the highlight our our trip! Damiana was so hospitable and knowledgeable - it felt like we were with family . She had a driver pick us up from our hotel and we did a full day tour including Christ the Redeemer and Santa Teresa. At the end of the tour, she took us to lunch and recommended the best dishes to try. I highly recommend doing a tour with Florencios Turismo!
