★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por ligação, a atendente é incapaz até desejar uma boa tarde, mesmo depois eu tendo desejado boa tarde para ela Ela só perguntou: "O quê cê quer?", eu disse que precisava de um buquê tradicional, ela já começou falando tem de 6 de 12 de não sei quantas rosas, e eu pedi para que ela repetisse, pois a ligação estava muito baixa, então ela desligou na minha cara, não sei se quem me atendeu é Dona ou funcionária da floricultura, Imagino que ela estava num dia ruim, porém o cliente não pode ser simplesmente tratado como um caixa eletrônico, para quem trabalha em uma floricultura, devem entender que o cliente quando vai comprar alguma flor é porque ele quer para si ou para presentear alguém a algo intimamente ligado a emoção e quando ele é tratado de forma seca por esse tipo de comércio ele se sente extremamente mal, antes já comprei lá, mas eu não compro nessa floricultura nunca mais!
