★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 27/04/2021 fui até a floricultura para comprar uma rosa natural, fui super mau recepcionada, a atendente bem grossa, sem nem um sorriso no rosto com respostas ríspidas, acredito que um atendente jamais deverá receber seus clientes assim, do mais, desde que sou cliente, sempre fui muito bem atendida pelo WhatsApp, sempre recebi minhas encomendas perfeitamente, somente me decepcionei com o atendimento presencial pela funcionária (acredito eu). Trabalho com o público também, e sei o quão difícil é, portanto, é muito chato e muito antiético recebe-los de uma forma grosseira.
O horário que estive na floricultura foi entre 12hr e 13hrs
On 27/04/2021 I went to the florist to buy a natural rose, I was very badly received, the attendant was very thick, without even a smile on her face with harsh answers, I believe that an attendant should never receive his clients like this, the most , since I am a customer, I have always been very well attended by WhatsApp, I always received my orders perfectly, I was only disappointed with the attendance in person by the employee (I believe). I work with the public too, and I know how difficult it is, so it is very annoying and very unethical to receive them in a rude way.
The time I was in the flower shop was between 12hrs and 13hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não dão uma certa atenção, precisava de uma lembrança de uns 50 reais e não tinha, perguntei se não teria como diminuir algo ou montar um xícara pra chega no valor aproximado disse que não, mais nem se esforçaram pra ajudar... Além de muito cara as coisas, mais se o atendimento fosse melhor eu pagava mais nos produtos mais não gostei do atendimento .
