★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já conheci. Péssimo atendimento. Fui atendida por um idoso irônico e mau educado. Não indico para ninguém. Já tinha ouvido reclamações de lá, mas não sabia que era nesse nível. Não passo nem na porta, nunca mais.
Worst place I have ever met. Terrible attendance. I was met by an ironic and impolite old man. I don't tell anyone. I had heard complaints from there, but I didn't know it was at that level. I don't even step in the door, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar 0 estrelas, daria. Liguei para olhar preço de um buquê, atendeu um senhor só assim: "OI!" ( Sem identificar o local, como se fosse telefone da casa dele). Perguntei se era da Floricultura, por ter atendido com : Oi. Eu tentava falar, mas estava com muito barulho, e ele não respondia nada, quando me ouviu falou "que eu não estava falando nada, por isso ele não respondia", eu disse, o senhor não consegue me ouvir? Estou tentando falar, mas estava barulho. Ele falou ; "que a Floricultura era dele que ele atendia como quisesse. " Então que ele fique com o péssimo feedback e impressão que deixou, mexer com flores e plantas, algo tão delicado e ser tão grosso e arrogante a ponto de não parecer precisar do próximo, que por sinal é cliente, e que o tempo todo o tratou bem, respeitando aparente pela voz se tratar de alguém mais velha, que tive o ensinamento de respeitar. Enfim, lamentável! Pelo visto não fui a única que teve essa impressão, deve ser a mesma pessoa.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called to look at the price of a bouquet, a man answered just like this: "OI!" (Without identifying the location, as if it were his home phone). I asked if he was from Floriculture, for having answered with: Hi. I was trying to talk, but I was very noisy, and he didn't answer anything, when he heard me he said "I wasn't saying anything, that's why he didn't answer", I said , can't you hear me? I'm trying to speak, but it was noise. He said ; "that the Floriculture was his that he took care of as he wished." So that he gets the bad feedback and impression he left, dealing with flowers and plants, something so delicate and so thick and arrogant that he doesn't seem to need the next one, that by the way is a client, and that all the time he treated him well, apparently respecting the voice if he was someone older, that I had the teaching to respect. Anyway, pitiful! Apparently I was not the only one who had that impression, it must be the same person.

Consegue ser pior que por telefone, onde ele responde de mal gosto e desliga na cara.
Sério, não vale a pena.
