Mas,falta um pouco mais de empatia por parte do atendimento online.
hoje entrei em contato queria mandar flores, uma coroa de rosas para a vó dos meus filhos que faleceu na Cidade de candiba
Mas eles não entregam, disseram que eu teria que entrar em contato com carretos, imagina como iria chegar as flores no destino.
Perdi o maior tempo, só depois de conversas e fotos, decisões..avisaram que não entregariam no destino, este que foi mencionado no início da conversa,com a atendente.
Difícil, moro em outro estado, como ter contato com carretos daí.
Achei que, a pessoa responsável pelo atendimento deveria ter feito esse contato e cobraria junto com as flores.
Mas, faltou um pouco de "vontade".

But, it lacks a little more empathy on the part of online service.
Today I got in touch I wanted to send flowers, a wreath of roses to my children's grandmother who passed away in the city of Candiba
But they don't deliver, they said I would have to get in touch with carts, imagine how the flowers would arrive at their destination.
I wasted the most time, only after conversations and photos, decisions.. they warned that they would not deliver to the destination, which was mentioned at the beginning of the conversation, with the attendant.
Difficult, I live in another state, like having contact with trucks from there.
I thought that the person responsible for the service should have made this contact and charged along with the flowers.
But it lacked a little "will".
