 Exceptional service, they were totally attentive, they didn't keep me waiting, they suggested the best for me, they facilitated payment. They delivered in advance. I have nothing to complain about, just compliments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fiquei satisfeita com o serviço desta floricultura. Paguei por 12 rosas entregaram 10, colocaram lírios no bouquet onde não foram pedidos. Não voltarei a usar ou recomendaria esta floricultura para mais ninguém.
I was not satisfied with the service of this florist. I paid for 12 roses delivered 10, put lilies in the bouquet where they were not ordered. I will not use or recommend this florist to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, pois fiz o pedido de uma entrega para 10hs, sendo que a pessoa que ia receber saia 10:30, liguei para a loja as 10:30 e para minha grata surpresa o entregador ainda não tinha nem saído. Falta de compromisso com o cliente.
I did not like it, because I ordered a delivery for 10 am, and the person who was going to receive it leaves 10:30, I called the store at 10:30 and to my grateful surprise the delivery man had not even left. Lack of commitment to the customer.

Of all the florists in town, this was the only one that served me well.
